Spazio Italiano is an Italian language center for children and their families located in San Francisco. We offer full immersion programs from 6 months to 13 years of age as well as parent participation in a well thought out and intimate space.
All of our programs are based on learning through play in a fun, safe and stimulating environment. Italian cultural themes are explored through games, songs, art, drama, books and cooking. By utilizing language based learning activities and materials, academic instruction is achieved in a context that values a child’s natural playful tendencies and curiosities. This process is reinforced by carefully developed curriculums taught entirely by native speakers.
Since 2004 our focus at Spazio Italiano has been to provide a consistent space where children and their families can learn the Italian language and connect with the traditions and cultural heritage of Italy.
